RGT Bairstow is the joint highest yielding soft wheat with full UK recommendation. Delivering excellent results in all regions, it also has one of the highest second wheat yields of any recommended soft wheat. RGT Bairstow has a very flexible sowing window from end of September to the end of February performing particularly well in the late drilled slot. The variety is rated good for distilling.
